Consequences of blocking your credit information

If you are applying for a loan, taking out a subscription or similar, and our customer requests a credit check, you must contact us in advance to unblock access to the information. Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 08.00-16.00. If you do not allow access to your credit information, our customer can reject your custom/purchase request.

You may receive a letter of notification after you have blocked access to your credit information, but the wording will be different from that of an ordinary letter of notification. The letter informs you that someone has tried to perform a credit check on you and who that party is, so that you are fully informed at all times.
