Incorrect information

If you think there are errors in the information we have about you, please contact us so that we can clarify whether this is something we can correct immediately, or whether we need documentation from you in order to correct the information in our database.

Tax assessment: We have to rely on the information we receive from the tax office. If the information from the tax assessment contains errors, we need a copy of the tax settlement for the relevant year after the error has been corrected. You can order this from your local tax office. The amounts relevant to us are net capital, general income and assessed tax.

You can send the correct tax settlement by post to Bisnode, Eget innsyn, P.O. Box 1419, Vika, 0115 Oslo or you scan and send by e-mail to:ksp.no@bisnode.no

Address: We update your address information in accordance with the National Population Register and other official sources. If the address we have registered to you is incorrect, please contact us and we will check it manually and make changes if required.

Remarks: Do not send any receipts to us. Send them directly to the debt collection agency or lawyer handling the case. If the remarks concern a charge on real/personal property, the remark stands until it is deleted in the relevant register. Contact the relevant debt collection agency and request that the information be corrected (that the correct information be sent to the execution and enforcement commissioner).
